About Us
Applied Management Solutions by EA (AMS) a limited liability company, which was established in
April 2019 in Baku, Azerbaijan. AMS is a boutique consultancy firm operating in the private sector,
where we provide services such as human resource (HR) solutions, organizational development
consulting, executive search and training/development services. Although AMS was established in
2019, co-founders and consultants of our company, have over 15 years of experience, who have
been involved in successful projects in the oil and gas, FMCG, education, banking, and manufacturing
sectors.

Our Team
Our team of consultants and subject matter experts have over 10 years of experience in such areas
as human resource management, change management, business process management, project
management, and strategic management. Our team members have worked in various projects in the
fields of oil and gas, construction, FMCG, banking, insurance, education and manufacturing and have
gained rich expertise. Our team members have international certifications such as IPMA, CIPD,
SHRM, and SPHR and pass various international tests to update their knowledge regularly.
